Safety;
At Scubaversity we believe in the performance based system, your course is as long as what it takes for you to become Comfortable, Confident, Competent, SAFE divers! This should happen during the confined sessions. The only way to achieve this is through repetition, with positive reinforcement and help from your Scubaversity Instructor. Our safety standards ensure that you will not enter open water or become certified if you do not feel a 100% safe in the pool.
As part of our safety policy we highly recommend that you invest in your own skin diving gear, which we will discuss with you in great detail. Rental gear often fits incorrectly making you uncomfortable leading to unsafe situations, it restricts future diving activities as you always first have to hire a mask, fins and wetsuit. If you are interested in buying gear please talk to us as we will give you the best advice and definitely best pricing even against online shops. You will also have the peace of mind that we will take your gear back if you are unable to qualify.
