To fasten the buckle, follow these steps:

Step 1:

• Take the left waist webbing strap and insert it downwards into the first slot (double width, left end slot) of the buckle. The buckle should be about 45 cm away from the left waist slot.

Step 2:

• Bring the webbing up from behind and insert it into the second slot (centre slot) of the buckle.

Step 3:

• Pull the webbing down from the front and insert it into the third slot (right end slot) of the buckle.

Step 4:

• Pull the webbing tight and make sure it is not twisted.

Step 5:

• Insert the webbing up from behind into the first slot (double width, left end slot) again, so that there are two layers of webbing in the first slot and the webbing end goes under the rest of the belt.

Step 6:

• Pull the webbing tight and make sure the buckle closes properly.
